AREGBESOLA MOURNS CHIEF AJADI BADMUS: A MAN OF TRUTH AND INTEGRITY PASSES ON

Former Governor of Osun State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, is mourning the loss of a great son of Osogbo, Chief Ajadi Abdulfatai Adekilekun Badmus, who passed away on October 13, 2024.
Chief Badmus was a household name in Osogbo, renowned for his piety, philanthropy, and acts of kindness.

As a devout Muslim, he contributed significantly to the advancement of Islam in Osogbo, building mosques and supporting Islamic programmes.

Aregbesola described Chief Badmus as a father and adviser, saying he will eternally cherish his friendship, love, and good disposition towards him.
Chief Badmus was a selfless leader who spent his lifetime developing Osogbo, and his passing is a significant loss to the community.

He was a father to all and always stood by the truth, earning him the respect and admiration of the people.

His death is a colossal loss to everyone who cherishes and stands by the truth.

Aregbesola commiserated with the family of Chief Badmus, the Ataoja, and the good people of Osogbo, praying that God grants them the fortitude to bear the immense loss.

May Allah accept his return, forgive his sins, and admit him to Aljanah Firdaus. Chief Badmus will be deeply missed, but his legacy will live on in the hearts of the people of Osogbo.

Aregbesola, who served as Governor of Osun State from 2010 to 2018,  emphasizing the importance of selfless leadership and community service, which Chief Badmus embodied throughout his life.
