HFDI Closes Out CCCRN ICHSSA 1 Project With Success Stories In Akwa Ibom

The Integrated Child Health and Social Services Award, ICHSSA 1 project implemented by Hope for Family Development Initiatives HFDI, through Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research Nigeria CCCRN has closed out in Akwa-Ibom State.
The closing event which held at Ikot Ebo, in Ethinan was well attended by Local governments and community stakeholders, such as Caregivers, Adolescents and children who were beneficiaries and members of the community structures across the 3 LGAs of intervention, Etinan, Nsitubium and Mkpat Enin LGAs.
Success Stories of the project was reeled out by the Program Manager Uchenna Uwaoma, who presented the summary of key accomplishments of the ICHSSA1 project, highlighting the contributions and achievements of Hope for Family Development Initiatives HFDI.
Listing out the objectives of the project close out event, she reiterated the readiness of HFDI to serve humanity with its human development projects, whose objectives focused on women, children, orphans, vulnerables, persons with disability, HIV/Aids carriers among others.
The closing out ceremony featured award presentation to dedicated staff, by the Executive Director HFDI, Ambassador Dr Aremu Stephen Akinyele, who was represented by the Finance Director of HFDI, Mr Henry Atameleyen.
In his address, the CCCRN representative, Mr Enobong Thompson elaborated the successes of the project and lauded HFDI and the community stakeholders, for their collaboration and contributions to the great positive impact of the project.
Also speaking, the Chairman and Village head, Chief Dennis Akpan, appreciated HFDI and CCCRN for tenacity in discharging their duties to the beneficiaries in the selected communities.
He pointed out the impacts in lives of the people, through the laudable contribution of HFDI to their household for economic sustainability.
Goodwill messages and feedbacks accolades poured in from stakeholders in appreciation of the good works done by HFDI in the various communities, while prayer for more interventions in the communities, was also requested.
Side attractions at the ICHSSA 1 Project closing ceremony include, cultural display by adolescents and drama on good and bad parenting, done by some of the Community Case Workers, CCWs.
