GOF Congratulates Gov. Oyetola @ 68

Management and staff of an Osogbo-based Non-Governmental Organisation, NGO, Gboyega Oyetola Foundation, GOF has identified and congratulated their principal and Executive Governor of Osun State, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola on the occasion of his 68th birthday. 

Referring to the celebrant as a successful administrator and politician, GOF said his current tenure as governor of Osun State has brought monumental positive changes to governance in the state.

This was contained in a statement issued and signed by the Director of Media and Publicity Department of the Foundation, Kayode Agbaje and made available to journalists in Osogbo, the state capital on Thursday. 

"Gboyega Oyetola Foundation, GOF under the leadership of Prince Felix Adeyemi Awofisayo today rejoice with our Principal, Governor Gboyega Oyetola and members of his family on the auspicious occasion of his 68th birthday," the NGO stated.

While congratulating the celebrant, GOF, as a  body noted that the current governor of Osun State and its Principal has brought innovation to governance in the state through uncommon fiscal policies that has ensured stability in the state economy. 

"In spite of the numerous challenges confronting our Principal's administration since his inauguration in 2018, coupled with dwindling allocations from the Federation Accounts, he has through God-given financial ingenuity brought economic stability to the state," GOF stressed. 

The Foundation further admonished all residents and indigenes of the state to continue in their prayers for the governor and members of his family for protection in his efforts to take the state to greater heights. 

GOF  further noted that Governor Oyetola has successfully proven cynics wrong in the ways and manner he has been able to steer the ship of the state to safer waters.

"Our Principal and Governor of Osun State has successfully proven cynics wrong in the ways and manner he has steered the ship of the state out of troubled waters," GOF further observed.

"It's not a surprise that our Principal has performed excellently beyond his critics' expectations, as experience is not a commodity you can purchase on any shelf from even the biggest supermarket in the world.

"Governor Oyetola, the celebrant, has been using his wealth of experience spanning decades in the corporate world to reflect in his unique style of administration since his assumption of office in 2018.

"It is therefore no big surprise that he has been able to achieve so much despite the paucity of funds currently confronting the state," the statement further noted.

GOF therefore prayed for the celebrant and members of his family to celebrate more of this occasion in good health, abundance and fulfillment of God's plans and purposes.
