PDP Warns APC to Stop Harassing Alapomu of Apomu Land
The Osun State chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) has issued a stern warning to the All Progressives Congress (APC) to stop harassing and intimidating the Alapomu of Apomu land, Oba Kayode Adenekan Afolabi.
According to the PDP, the APC's actions are a blatant attempt to intimidate a leader who advocates for good governance.
The PDP chairman, Hon. Sunday Bisi, described the APC as a clout chaser that is always seeking attention with their baseless statements.
Oba Kayode Adenekan Afolabi has denied allegations of inciting electoral violence, stating that the allegations are false and fabricated.
The PDP chairman emphasized that Oba Kayode Adenekan Afolabi never incited electoral violence as implied by the APC.
Instead, the monarch is an advocate of peace and a defender of his people against intimidation and harassment.
The PDP also criticized the APC for promoting violence, terror, and harassment against political opponents.
Furthermore, the PDP accused the APC of failing to respect traditional rulers and the cultural values they hold in Nigeria.
The PDP warned the APC to stop their harassment and intimidation tactics immediately.
The people of Osun State are watching the situation closely, and the PDP is ready to take action to protect the Alapomu of Apomu land and his people.
