Bamidele Salam To Hosts Ramadan Lecture Tomorrow

A Special Ramadhan lecture in honour of the late Pa Abdulsalam Oladosu Olapade of Awojobi Babasale Compound of Awo in Egbedore Local Government of Osun State holds tomorrow at the Primary school field in Awo.

A statement issued by the Chairman of the Planning committee of the programme Alhaji Jimoh Oyekan indicate that the lecture will be hosted by the member representing Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore and Ejigbo federal constituency of Osun state in the National Assembly, Representative Bamidele Salam. 

The Governor of Osun State, Senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke and the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Idris Wase are the Special Guests of Honour while Ustaz Musbaudeen Orimadegun is the Guest Lecturer.

The Alawo of Awo, Oba Abdulrasak Taiwo Adegboye is the Royal Father of the Day.

The statement added that the Rámàdhan lecture will also feature a fund raising in support of the Mubarakah Islamic school, Awo which was founded by the late father of Representative Bamidele Salam.
