My Goal is Developmental Projects For Osun Central Irrespective of Opposition- SRJ

....I am not a Violent Person, opposition are lying against me...
Senator Ajibola Basiru, SRJ representing Osun Central have reiterated his goal of developmental projects for Osun Central by giving qualitative service delivery to the people of his constituents.

He disclosed the various people oriented projects provided by him as building blocks of classroom at Muslim grammar school, payment of WAEC license for the school, Baptist primary school, AUD primary school Oke Baale, as well as road reconstructions, bore hole drillings, solar lights installation among others.

The Senator made the revelation during a live Rave FM radio program tagged "Oro Oselu" anchored by Adedayo Oderinu on Monday.

He further stated that aside his impacts in educational sector, his office facilitated construction of Agriculture Entrepreneur Center Awosuru, empowerment programs, employment of youths into Federal government programs such as Npower, Civil Defence, Nigerian Airforce, Fire Services etc.

He mentioned that Osogbo Royal stool and indigenes as well the Royalty and good people of other local governments under Osun Central are the beneficiaries of his Various intervention programs.

Senator Ajibola Basiru, who is the Senate Spokesperson for the National Assembly, thanked God and appreciated the people of Osun for giving him the opportunity to serve the constituency at the Red Chamber.

He stressed that he has campaigned to all towns and villages in the local governments in Osun Central Senatorial District, adding that at the towns such Ila-Orangun, Inisa, Ororuwo, Alapata, Eko nde, Ifedayo, Olorunda, Boluwaduro, Ikosin, Iyekun, Ifon, and Kajola among others, he was received by large and happy crowds.

Reiterating that development work is his priority for Osun Central, he opined that people can attest to his services, saying that he is loved by Royal father's, students and everyone at large in his constituents.

He highlighted that he is the flagbearer as Senator for Osun Central through All Progressive Congress (APC) party, while Hon Abosede Ogo-Oluwa is the candidate for the House of Representatives.

Speaking on the opposition candidate, Senator Basiru said "my opponent has no structure, he have no history of being either a local government counsellor, chairman or holding any political post prior this time". 

"I have testimonials of what I have done for Osun Central people, and am grateful for their support, I urge them to once again continue the support and reelect me as their Senator at the upcoming polls".

"All I have been able to do for the people of my constituents, is to the Glory of God, I appreciate the people tremendously, I thank you all for your support and prayers" - he stated.

Similarly, he also cleared the air of the allegation alleged by opponent party (PDP), he maintained that he is not a violent person, said there was no attack at anyone during his campaign at Gbonmi area of the state capital.

According to him, he and his followers already left the venue, learnt some thugs came afterwards and shot at people thereby injuring them.

Senator Basiru said he have written the Commissioner of police to that effect, added that the opponent notorious for violence destroyed his billboards placed at different location in the state.

"Everyone knows that APC is not a violent political party, the police and DSS have been informed of the thuggery incidents that seem to be the order of the day in Osun since the emergence of PDP government".

"People should stop spreading falsehood about me, I call on my opposition to come out and tell everyone what they have done, instead of them maligning my name".

The way to go for Osun Central and other Senatorial District that have All Progressive Congress APC party members as candidates, to continue thriving is for the good people of Osun to vote for APC at Saturday Polls, Senator Basiru urged.
