Osun: Moshadek emerges APC House of Representatives candidate for Ifelodun/Boripe/Odo-Otin federal constituency

The All Progressives Congress (APC) on Thursday announced Chief Moshood Adekunle Oluawo popularly called MOSHADEK as the winner of the Saturday's House of Representatives primary election for Ifelodun/Odo-Otin/Boripe federal constituency of Osun State.

Announcing the results, the secretary, campaign and election committee of the APC in the state who is also the commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Prince Bayo Areleke said Oluawo emerged winner in the primaries contested by four members of the party.

Adebayo urged all members of the party to work hard to ensure that Oluawo wins in the general election as his emergence as the party's flag bearer was only the first stage of victory.

Also, he charged all members of the party to intensify efforts at ensuring that Governor Gboyega Oyetola wins the July 16 governorship election in the state.

In his acceptance speech, Oluawo who was untill recently Commissioner (Technical) in the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), appreciated all members of the party for their support and love which culminated to his success in the election.

He urged all his co-contestants to rally round him for the overall success of the APC in the general election.

Also, he expressed gratitude to Governor Gboyega Oyetola and the state chairman of the party, Prince Gboyega Famodun for their leadership acumen and for creating a level playing ground for all aspirants that participated in the primaries of the APC.

He stressed the need for all members of the party to work tirelessly for the overall success of the party in both the July 16 governorship election and the next year's general election
