Ajibola Basiru to lead Oyetola’s campaign

Senator representing Osun Central, Ajibola Basiru has been appointed as the Director-general of IleriOluwa campaign organization.

Basiru was unveiled as the DG on Thursday at a programme held at the party secretariat in Osogbo, the state capital.

Chairman of the APC, Prince Gboyega Famodun unveiled IleriOluwa campaign council, which is to pursue the second term ambition of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.

Oyetola will chair the council while his deputy and running mate, Benedict Alabi will deputize him in the council.

In his reaction, Basiru said the campaign from APC will be issued and not about personality, adding that the ultimate target of campaign are the electorates and not the opponents.

The Senate spokesperson also called on members of the APC to come together for the “big task of reelecting Oyetola in July 16 governorship election.
