No Faction In Osun APC, No Pending Litigation Against Prince Famodun - Senator Basiru

Senator Dr Ajibola Basiru representing. Osun Central has affirmed that there is no faction in Osun All Progressives Congress APC party.
This is as he reiterated that there is also no pending suit whatsoever against the leadership of Prince Gboyega Famodun as Osun APC Chairman.
Senator Basiru, who is the Senate Spokesperson at the 9th Assembly made this known during a live TV program bothering on the party and its leadership affairs.
He maintained that 'the election that brought up Prince Gboyega Famodun as Chairman of Osun APC was never and has never been challenged by any person, adding that if anybody else is purporting as chairman of factional APC, such person is a comedian".
The Senator emphasized that "no appeal, protest or litigation have been instituted to challenge the authentic leadership of Prince Gboyega Famodun in Osun".
He also pointed out that "there was a challenge to the ward congress organized, and the case instituted on that account was struck out on grounds of lack of jurisdiction, lack of cause of action and representation by the Federal High Court in Osogbo".
The Senator representing Osun Central said "another sister case instituted at the State High Court in Ikire was also struck out for lack of diligent prosecution, he averred that presently there is no case challenging the authenticity of the Gboyega Famodun lead executive in Osun All Progressives Congress party".
