THE IMPUNITY OF ILERI-OLUWA OPPORTUNISTS IN EDE SOUTH.

There's need for us as a law abiding members of APC in Ede South to bring to the attention of the general public, most especially, Gov. Gboyega Oyetola, the excesses of his caretaker chairmen appointees in Ede South and Ede East LCDA.

When on Thursday 21st October 2021 we held our meeting at the party secretariat and  it was distrupted by sponsored thugs, we made a statement to the public that the thugs were sent by the duo of Mr. Deji Agboola ( Caretaker chairman of Ede South) and Hon.Rafiu Fatoki(Ede East) which they both denied.

Recent events however has proved our position right because of what we can see as proof of their impunity and high- handedness in Ede South APC of which they keep boasting of doing those things in the interest of Mr. Governor.

Immediately after our meeting on that Thursday, Deji Agboola was summoned to the government house Osogbo and was questioned on why  APC members that belonged to The Osun Progressives (TOP) were allowed to hold their meeting in the first instance, a situation that made Deji Agboola to call the Divisional Officer of NSCDC in Ede South who later told Deji Agboola that he didn't deploy the team that came for our meeting.

Whereas, the ileri oluwa group of APC in Ede South held their local meeting on Sunday 31st October and none of us did anything to disturb their meeting. It is our own proof of maturity over their own impunity.

The latest in their shameless and senseless conduct is the quit notice given to the NSCDC Ede South by Deji Agboola, which in their own opinion is the best way to please Gov. Oyetola and to proof to him that they are on ground in Ede South. The  situation has exposed them to ridicule as people who lacks understanding of the workings of government and importance of security agencies in  government.

It is now expected that since Deji Agboola and Rafiu Fatoki, both clueless caretaker chairmen have issued quit notice to the civil defence in Ede South, similar thing should be extended to the Nigeria immigration service, the DSS and the Nigeria Police.

We urge our members not to take Deji Agboola and Rafiu Fatoki serious in this shameless  display of ignorance. To them, they want to impress Mr. Governor, unfortunately, they are are doing rubbish and  loosing it in a big way. It is a big shame.
