Boripe North LCDA gets quit Notice to Leave the Office!... owing N1,050,000 to its Landlord...

It was amazing to discover that Boripe North LCDA, Iree, State of Osun has not been meeting it's rent payment and other Charges to its Landlord. We discovered that the LCDA that was carved out from the main Boripe Local Government has become a burden unto itself. 

The Property of Alhaj Kadiri was rented as temporary Office in 2016 when LCDA was established by Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the Property is a very Big House and was cheaply giving to the LCDA by Alhaji Kadiri. Boripe North is to take maintain the same Property, and pay Electricity Bill.

However, as we speak, for some times now, they have turned the House to another thing, the house is not well kept, they litter the Compound with refuse and the compound is smelling. 

As at today the LCDA failed to remit One Million, and Fifty Thousand Naira Only to the owner of the Property the owner of the House Alhaj Kadiri has tried his efforts to make sure they pay the rent and other charges, but to no avail. 

Alhaji has left with the only option than to evict Boripe North from his Compound. His lawyer has prepared a notice for Boripe North LCDA and to quit the House within Seven Days.
