Online Tinubu empowerment scheme fake- Alli-Balogun
The National Secretary of Asiwaju Grassroots Foundation, Ibrahim Alli-Balogun on Sunday described an online portal set up in the name of the Foundation and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu "the Tinubu Empowerment Grants" as fake and a fraudulent activity of fraudsters.
Alli-Balogun, made the disclosure in a statement he personally signed and released to some selected Journalist, said that the portal was set up by some unscrupulous elements with identity forgery of the Foundation and National Leader of APC in order to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.
“Alli-Balogun, therefore warned the general public not to patronize any portal called "Tinubu Empowerment Grants" or any other online empowerment in the Name of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as he is not doing any empowerment now.
Alli-Balogun, appeal to law enforcement agencies to track and arrest the individuals behind the online crime and identity forgery and bring them to face the wrath of the law.
