OSUN GUBER CASE: Dynamic Reformers Go Spiritual
By Kola Olabisi
An association of progressive elements under the aegis of All Progressives Congress(APC) in Osun State, Dynamic Reformers, has joined the league of prayer warriors to divinely ask for the face of God in the lingering legal contest for the state governorship mandate at the Supreme Court.

The association having Mr Olaleke Durojaiye as its acting Chairman temporarily turned the state secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Osogbo, venue of the meeting, into an interdenominational prayer rendezvous, where supplications were made to God to favour the APC in the election legal battle.

The prayer point was that God should touch the minds of all the panelists in the case  in order to sustain the continuity of development being offered by the APC administration in the state.

The group vigorously prayed to God not to send the state back to Egypt, adding that it's the retaining of Governor Gboyega Oyetola at the political helm of affairs in the state that can continue to increase the fortune of the people.

It also prayed against every satanic arrangement of the reactionary elements to forcefully occupy the leadership role of the state  and spiritually commanded the wish of the opposition to be reduced to naught.

It said,  it was its belief in the efficacy of power that made the group to resort to the prayer session hoping that the omnipotent God would not disappoint the just.

One of the kernels of the petitions of the Dynamic Reformers to God was that the state and all her inhabitants should not be put to shame in the ongoing political development in the state by not enthroning mediocrity.

The progressive elements opined that they would not be asking for too much if they recommend similar prayers to be organised by all genuine progressive groups in the state.

The acting chairman of the group who disclosed that his members have been keenly following the efforts of the APC counsel at the Supreme Court said, the counsel have been doing a wonderful job.

In Olaleke's words:  "We don't have any hesitation that success shall come the way of the APC in the legal governorship battle.

"We only resort to crying to God as what is going on accordingly needs prayers just the way prayers are also required for what needs streamlining", he stated.
