ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL UPDATE.

The report from the tribunal sitting in Abuja of the case filed by PDP and her gubernatorial candidate Sen. Ademola Adeleke, five witnesses were called so far,

    Witnrss no 1, Mr Odesanmi Francis Adeniyi Owode ilesa road Osogbo, a retired civil servant, agent of pdp unit 08 ward 08 Osogbo l.g. he was asked to verify the CTC and read to the hearing of the judges, read but he says those write up was not wrote on the other copies, but was asked maybe he signed on the other copies of the papers but said no, he was asked to look at the name and signature, who signed it, he said, it was his. 

    Mr Odesanmi was also  asked, does the copies of the papers was given to each of the representative of the parties after signing, he replied it was given to him but he don't know maybe others were given

  He then asked to check the figure on the papers (white copy and others) are they the same and said yes.

Witness 2 

Adigun Taofeeq Olatunbosun, sworn before the honourable Court with Quran.

   A tailor and from oke baale Osogbo l.g. Osogbo.

He was showed an exhibit P422.then

He was asked maybe he can see his signature and the others, he said yes. 

He was asked to read the figure he can see on the CTC, read thus PDP, 97, ADC, 1,  total registered is 1462 , and 547 were accredited, 

Did you voted? , said yes.

Did you sign? Yes

When did you reached the unit, he said 6:30.

When did you left, when the election activities end.

Were you there when the ballot papers were counting, yes

The lawyer now read his disposition to the hearing of the judges.

  " We were not allowed to vote, to witness the counting, and we were not allowed to sign.

Witness 3, 

Oladiran Sunmiboye from Oyere ward10 unit07.

He was showed the result sheet and check, is that the one you signed on election day? he said yes

Did you voted? Yes

Were you accredited? Yes

Did you witness the counting of ballot papers? Yes

Did you signed exhibit P147 and P147A? Yes but I complained what I see before I sign.

Drama started here when the witness says why all these figure are corresponding but not cleared on the copy given to me but the judges asked him to keep quit when people were laughing. The judges asked which one clear pass , he said the original one and the photocopy.

PDP scored 27 on the white copy and same figure on carbon copy as the witness said, but he said am not complaining about the figure but they did not wrote anything on the copy given to me.

Witness 4 Mr Akinyemi Idowu from Bolorunduro Ilesa. A business man. Akinyemi was the PDP party agent in unit 3 ward 09 ilesa,

Did you signed, yes but I complained

How many signature do you have, he said two and he was asked to append it on a paper.

APC, 42 the judges asked what do you want the court do to the result of your unit where ADP won

According to him ADP won election there and I want the court to nullify the result.
